Brandy, Sweet Brandy,

That smile, that one right there, oh, how it drove my life. But oh, for too brief of a while. It was the kind of smile and giggle that made me dizzy, lit a spark inside me, made we want to be more, made me forget some things that I say are important. But ha, what did i know. now, when I sit down and look back, the only important things that I can think of are love, and being loved. What wonderful times we had together, what passionate moments, such strong feelings. We were in love, but we couldn't make it stay. The biggest question of my life, really: "How do you make love stay?"
I just got another glimpse of it again, and that will be enough to keep me daydreaming for a long time. I will always get a little warmer when I think of her, always feel like that woman will forever hold a piece of my heart.

Woodhump tulips

well, the lovely brandy just attended the woodscrew tulip festival this past weekend. and even with thousands, no millions, no BILLIONS of pretty tulips in the fields, I could not find a tulip that was prettier than brandy. I felt bad for the woodbone tulip festival people. they spent all that time growing all those pretty flowers and brandy just walks in and makes them look pitiful in comparison. but for that one day that she frolicked through the tulip fields at woodlay, the festival was brightened and warmed by her, and set firmly into my memory as the best tulip festival that i have EVER seen.

concert

so there we were, checking in to the rock concert. Johnny Marr himself put us both on the list. I'm so lucky to have such a rock star lady friend.

Here is the second posting.

I just wanted to say more about how great this chick is. Just this morning, I woke up and I was lying next to her. We do this little cuddle thing where both of us just want to keep hitting snooze so we can drift back into a little dream world. But the thing about the mornings is that all night we sleep a little bit apart, but when the first alarm goes off, we are awake just enough to remember that we're cold and that there is this naked, sexy body right next to us, so right after that first alarm, we both curl right next to each other and usually start with a spoon, the maybe a twisted leg combo, the maybe me with an arm thrown over her while she lays flat, then maybe me laying flat and she's got her arm over me now. Oh, those glorious nine minutes between the country music. It makes it so hard to get out of bed. I think a good vacation would be to make a whole weekend out of just laying in that warm bed naked together. because all of that closeness and cuddling eventually leads to a wandering hand, finding a nipple, maybe brushing across a swelling penis, a kiss on the ear, a little more blood rushing, a raised heartbeat. this is what makes waking up possible. finding that your dreams are eventually a lot less interesting than finding out what's on the mind of such a glorious sexpot that is right next to you. this girl can take a guy like me who is usually grumpy in the mornings and make me smile and giggle and want to wake up. hmmm... should i continue. nah, this is a family blog, what if kids are reading??

Brandy, oh Brandy

Oh, how I love thee,
let me count the ways...

I love your sweet smell,
I love the way you shake your shoulder,
I love the way you giggle, and
I love the way your little nose crinkles when you laugh out loud.

Oh, darling, you brighten my life,
you make me smile and you make me feel warm

I love that cute little belly of yours
I love your stinky little toes
I love your frisky morning moods
I love the way you purr

Oh, Brandy, my sweet,
you are the girl I've been dreaming about for so long.

I love you.
